A gasket is a mechanical part made of deformable material
usually designed in the form of a ring or sheet to fills the
space between two mating surfaces, generally to prevent leakage
from or into the joined objects while under compression.
Our Gaskets are mostly produced by cutting from sheet materials,
such as gasket paper, rubber, silicone, metal, cork, felt,
neoprene, nitrile rubber, fiberglass, or a plastic polymer (such
as PTFE). It is usually desirable that the gasket be made from a
material that is to some degree yielding such that it is able to
deform and tightly fills the space it is designed for, including
any slight irregularities. Although Gaskets manufactured in
numerous designs, including jacketed, double-jacketed,
Constant seating stress, spiral wound, and Kammprofile varieties
based on industrial usage, different layout, Compression,
budget, chemical contact and physical parameters. We provide the
right combination of material and design depends on the gasket’s
specific uses and the cost parameters of the project.
Most
major manufacturing sectors, including the automotive, Plant and
Process, Oil and Gas, aerospace, electronics, appliance, and
military industries, employ our gaskets in their
production methods. Some of our gasket lists are as below:
